As best I recall, NTP needs the PPS signal from the GPS. I don't think this is compatible with gpsd. It doesn't really make sense that gpsd would make a good clock source; there's too much nondeterministic behavior in the network connection. The NTP protocol has some provisions for determining latency, etc, but gpsd doesn't. -Jason kg4wsv
