[aprssig] ISS Object Feed on APRS-IS Down

Further checking reveals that I was, of course, connected to fifth.  
Apparently aprs.fi is/was as well since my KJ4ERJ-15 packets were 
showing up there.  I've forced a re-connect on this end and am now 
connected to second, so we'll see if you start getting the ISS object.
