[aprssig] Great Plains Super Launch - tomorrow and Saturday

The 2013 Great Plains Super Launch is being held in Pella, Iowa.  Today had
some preliminary events for early arrivals, and tomorrow presentations will
be held at the Vermeer Science Center.  On Saturday eight balloons are
scheduled to be launched around 0800 CDT (1300 UTC) from a site near Pella.

Our weather forecast for Saturday morning is iffy - some showers and
thunderstorms are expected.  We may have to wait for a break in the weather
in order to be able to launch.  The balloon payloads are expected to land
about 30-40 miles east of Pella.  Balloons will have APRS on 144.34,
144.36, and 144.39 MHz.
