[aprssig] Balloon Launch York PA on Thursday 18 July

Maryland and PA will see a high altitude balloon launch on Thursday
probably near York PA.  It should have APRS on 144.39 but the GPS is not
high altitude and so will not work above 18,000 feet so there will be a
LONG dead zone in the middle until it comes back down below that for the
final track.  For APRS, all participants can share messages to ANSRVR
using the group CQ BALLOON …
