Here is a site that already does this type of stuff. There is also stand
alone software available to decode and plot directly off the air for ADSB.
You can use those 20 USB dongles as SDR radios for this purpose.

I had to speed up the track update rate in Xastir, otherwise it scattered
stale plane icons everywhere. Other than that it seemed to cope quite well.
