Greetings, all.

The next build of YAAC is now available, downloadable from the usual locations:

The changes and improvements in this build include:

1. fix the annoying indications of Emergency stations that are actually Priority stations.
2. add the ability to show message receipt statistics for all incoming stations (Heard list).
3. the configuration wizard now adds the WIDEn-N and regional digipeat alias indications to beacon comments for digipeat stations.
4. support importing ESRI shapefiles into the Draw layer.
5. fix bug with restarting YAAC when configured ports are disabled.
6. add support for SOCKS proxy servers when accessing APRS-IS servers.
