[aprssig] next beta build #29 of YAAC ("Yet Another APRS Client")

Greetings, all.

A small but extremely annoying typo slipped through the cracks in last week's build of YAAC, so another build is being released to deal with it. This fix will keep the configuration wizard from sloppily failing when trying to advance to the station type card in the wizard. Also, progress indication has been added to the automatic upgrade feature (alas, not usable until the next update is released).
