That wouldn’t be Jacob Appelbaum, would it?

He was a non-ham who said he had ham friends and identifying himself as a researcher asking for unfettered access to findU. I have done this several times for researchers, but it is a special circumstance and I need to know details about exactly what he needed. We had a few emails discussing APRS and findU, but when I asked for details about his research project and university affiliation he abruptly stopped writing. That made me a little suspicious.
