Similar tactical callsigns are the weather stations installed by my county's ARES/RACES group in cooperation with the Chester County government's Department of Emergency Services, identified as CCDES-n (southeastern Pennsylvania). The operator running each station puts his callsign in the status message.
We've also used tactical callsigns for public service events for the various positions along a bike race or marathon or parade, but those don't get digipeated to the world at large.

The licensed callsign is W7TA. The tactical callsign is TOULON.
At the very least it is near a Toulon Lake. I don't know it it's on
a mountain of the same name. Look around and you will see several
other digis with tactical callsigns.
Of course, it should NOT be using a path of WIDE1-1. Unfortunately
at least a couple of the other nearby digis are also using WIDE1-1.
