only in a perfect world though, in practice the explicit 3 hop path will  
often get killed because of colisions from the hidden node effect while a  
preemtive path might actualy increase the change of reaching the  
destination so in number of dupes they could be equal depending on netwerk  
conditions, offcourse in achiving the goal preamtive works better.
