[aprssig] YagTracker Firmware V1.45a Now Available!

The latest version of YagTracker firmware is now available for download from our site at: http://www.rpc-electronics.com/yagtracker.php

This version includes a new Raw Packet Monitor screen, much like the one
available on the Kenwood D700 and D710 mobile units.

We have also changed the CODEC sample rate to eliminate the dead carrier some
users experienced. Several beta testers have confirmed that this change
eliminated the carrier and in many cases improved the packet decode rate.
