[aprssig] Help with q-Constructs

I thought APU25N (shows as UI‑View32 V2.03 at 
http://nebraska.aprs2.net:14501) was the latest (read: last) available 
UI-View version? Or are you saying that none of the UI-View versions 
(because they're "older") do the I or qAR constructs?
