[aprssig] Bizarre - Political Spamming Via The ISS

I've been monitoring the International Space Station digipeater with a Bearcat 
760 scanner and the UZ7HO Soundmodem software running on a netbook the last few 
days.

This morning on the  09:00 EDT pass, I copied about 12 packets, including these:
