[aprssig] [aprsisce] Transatlantic balloon attempt

For the K6RPT flight stations in the Azores were contacted to try an receive
the balloon which they did, if it looks like it might come in range here I
will swap frequencies. Hopefully other APRS stations in Europe will do the
same

Well, it's continuing its trek east. Hopefully some stations in Europe can
tune to 144.39 like it was done for the K6RPT flight.
