[aprssig] Balloon DFing on APRS

I believe Bob is planning to use the original directional DF, not the 
omni-DFS for his balloon tracking.  Does OpenAPRS parse the original as 
well?  If so, I'd like to run a few test objects to see what they look 
like prior to the actual reports coming in.
