[aprssig] Balloon DFing on APRS (test lines)

Filter would be s/\/ to pick up the \ symbol in the primary table which 
is the DF Triangle.  However, you'll only see the DF wedge if something 
between the APRS-IS and Google Earth actually parses and renders the 
BRG/NRQ piece of the packet.
