But both the Greenlight and the AVmap have active RS-232 OUTPUTs that would be
trying to send out NMEA GPS data toward the D700/D710 at the same time.
It works to parallel multiple RS232 RECEIVERS across one RS-232 source.
Trying to parallel multiple RS-232 SOURCEs across one receiver won't work so well.
