[aprssig] Kudos to NWAPRS

I'm currently in Boise, ID for business, and I wanted to pass along to the
local operators how impressed I am with the local APRS network. Within 10
minutes of getting off the plane, I had the local repeater tone and freq,
knew where the igates were, knew when the local net and meetings were, knew
where the EOC was, and generally felt "welcome" in terms of ham radio.
This city has it going on, and if the other areas managed by NWAPRS are half
as good, everyone else in the country needs to be looking Northwest to see
how it's done right.
The only flaw I found was that I couldn't get packets back from AVRS. I did
a query for the closest echolink node, and I saw that the server got it,
acked, and replied with "147.060MHz T100 EL#522043 2.90 miles" which is what
I wanted, but that never made it
back to my D72 in my hand.
The comment on the local Igate W7RET-10 is "GATING TO RFŠIF YOU ARE ON THE
LIST" so apparently I'm not on the list.

Aside from the missing inet->RF piece, I'm tickled to be in a strange and
distant land with all the comforts of home. :)
