[aprssig] Golden Packet attempt 22 July needs stations

OOPS.  I avoided their weekend in previous years, and so assumed they would
not float their dates. Oh well.  Maybe it will help get folks to the
mountain top.  Though operating 2m VHF on 144.2 is incompatible with
operating APRS on 144.34.

And it is not just sharing TX time.  ANY operations on 2m on the same
mountain will have a high probability with colliding with that one important
packet we need.  Hummh....

An advantage is getting people to the top of the mountain, and then while
waiting for the packets, to have something else to do!..  But that is also a
disadvantage for QRM..

Ill ask to see if anyone wants to change our date... Maybe we should move it
up to SATURDAY which is also the national SCOUTING OPERATION ON TARGET which
gets scouts and HAMS to the top of mountains to communicate by ham radio and
signal mirror?
