[aprssig] Help with KPC 3

Hello,

I have a KPC-3 TNC digi with version 8.2 firmware. I have recently managed
to get the settings updated IAW the current APRS format. The only setting I
was unable to change is the BLT time from 15 minutes to 1 hour. What is the
format to make the change using the BLT 1 command? 

 

I appreciate any help.
