Ok so, object names are case sensitive, so you can (using your example) have
LEADER-1, leader-1, LeadeR-1 as three individual objects ? 

As far as punctuation, I think that for object NAMES then just a hyphen
(-)or an underscore (_), that would follow standard naming conventions for
other things and tbh, that should be all we need anyways.
