Why don't you fire up a copy of APRSIS32, put nicknames on the 4 balls 
with !FBALL! or some-such, and do a View /Shrieks / !FBALL!.  The 
instances can use any callsign-SSID with a password of -1 and be 
view-only's via APRS-IS.

PS.  And one of my longer-term plans is to support a new "web server" 
port type whereby browsing to that port on that machine will serve up 
the current view of that instance's main map.  Of course, this feature 
will eventually evolve to something similar to UI-Views web server add-on.
