Take R505 which is a main highway North/South, then take P5421 to the west, and turn on P5423 and go to the end of it (OSM maps). It looks like there's a larger farm or a smaller community right there. That gets you within a mile of the package per the last posit igated, but that was at 3936 meters: The hill it is shown above is at 800 meters, so it wasn't quite down yet. It may have landed closer to the P5421/R505 intersection. Lots of hill there to look in/around, but there are dirt roads all over there and lots of farms dotting those hills. Mostly 200m to 300m high hills.
Hopefully they're working to get someone from that area to retrieve it quickly. It would be much easier to find if the batteries are still working and APRS equipment can be used, hence the haste.
