   Not sure just what the situation is over there, Dave, but our Friendly Candy Company, fearless guardian of the spectrum, appears to be clearly demonstrating the "Follow-The-Money" principle, with nothing short of complete ignorance of RF with the Broadband Over the grid folly that appears to be winding down, then the recent LightSquared GPS interference generator approval.

Sigh.
