[aprssig] Pebble Smart Watch

It's got its own processor on board. One of the questions posed was will it
run without a bluetooth connection to the phone. The answer was that it'll
continue to execute the clock or whatever app was last loaded.

One of the big draws for me was that it's a simple low-power B&W display,
enabling seven days of run time.
