[aprssig] Kenwood T/G-Overlayed Diamond (was: Identifying TX Igates)

WHen we expanded the symbol set in 2007 so that all symbols could be overlayed, the vast majority of original symbols were not configured with an empty center.  Therefore my suggestion to put the overlay in the upper left corner.

All & symbols are Gates, so it makes sense to have a G on it and then to indicate what type with the overlay.
