It doesn't hurt to remind IGate operators to be very careful about opening
holes in their IGates that allow them to pass traffic from out of area into
their local area.  Most people view this stuff as SPAM.

A recent flap resulted from an IGate gating all bulletins from the IS to
local RF, resulting in Storm Warnings from thousands of miles away being
gated into the local area.  Not a good idea.
