[aprssig] APRSdroid 1.1 with Messaging and Bluetooth-TNC released

This is just a note to follow on to what Georg has posted....  A prototype
Bluetooth daughter board is currently running on my TNC-X with Georg's
software and my Droid X.  It seems to work well.  If you are going to the
DCC, I'll be doing a paper on it.  I expect to have units for sale within
the next couple of months.
