[aprssig] APRS data via perl-to-tnc

I'm trying to avoid acronym overload - otherwise I'd throw in MySQL and CAD!
- but I'd like to hear from anyone who's labored in the vineyard the subject
line identifies.

(This is for eventually getting a locally-available APRS stream more
directly into our CAD than via aprs.fi.)

Any experience around?
