Not HERE it doesn't! The darned things NEVER put out proper light in the cold here, and they don't last more than about six weeks inside or out.
Tell you what, Bob -- I'll buy the first CFL's, for every fixture in my house IF you'll agree to replace all the ones that die in less than a year. ;-)
