[aprssig] Wow... check out *this* path.

Was just watching the incoming packets on my home station and saw this one:
FJ-9>APT311,RCHFLD*,W7MOT-8*,GRNSAZ*,DVPORT*,RAVEN*,WIDE7,NV4-4: ....etc...

Looking at raw packets at aprs.fi, he's using WIDE2-2,WIDE7-5,NV4-4 in his
original packets. And to top it off, running SmartBeaconing on a TT3 with
must be default settings --- packets as often as every 5 seconds during turns.
Charts on aprs.fi show something like 30 packets per hour in the last day.
This one reached me from Provo, UT, straight across Nevada and half-way into NM.
At least some of the digis he hits must be truncating paths since the
supposedly 7-hop path only has 5 traced digis in it, but still, that's
absurd.

Anyone on the list live out by Provo,UT who might be interested in an
educational endeavor with what must be a new user?
