[aprssig] Win7 APRS Pgm?

UIV may not be updated anymore but all the third party addons make it fun to have yet!  I tried AGW, didn’t work for squat, I need a program that can not only display and send object but function as a digi and igate and AGW kept failing there.

AGWTracker here. Being updated all the time unlike UIV which is an orphaned product.
