[aprssig] Follow USNA STORM CHASERS_SWIFT 2011

If those middies are anything like us cadets were when I was at USMA, we 
should tag them "CHASE-TAIL".
Course, there aren't a lot of marines in Oklahoma, so they'll be disappointed.
