[aprssig] Follow USNA STORM CHASERS_SWIFT 2011

I hate to be making trouble, but I said; "above" CHASE-9.  The group has a CHASE-1 through -9.  No prob as long as they aren't out.  I would assume SN will flag it if the another tries to register...

The only "actives"  11:50am Eastern in Findu database are :
CHASE-1  you
CHASE-2  you
CHASE-9  you
CHASE2 west coast


Looks like SN call them "Brad Barrett"

Better get to chores...
