If you zoom in on the -D-12, any black dot that has more than one red 
line coming from it was seen in APRS-IS multiple times.  Looking at the 
-9, you can probably figure out who the involved IGates were.

They were flying a WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1 path that just adds insult to injury 
with respect to delayed packet delivery and local infrastructure congestion.
