K6RPT-8 Balloon is now on the ground about 30 miles east of Meced, CA near the
entrance to Yosemite National Park.

The flight track was definitely affected by the KPC3+ TNC KISS bug that causes
received packets to be randomly delayed before being sent to the attached
PC. This causes some igates to pass outdated information to the APRS-IS,
replacing more recent posits with older ones. During the rapid descent
after reaching over 127,000 feet, the balloon was "hyper-jumping alternately
between 100,000 feet and less than 10,000 feet !
