[aprssig] State APRS Coordinator REPORT!

North Georgia is somewhere in the "broken but not useless" range. On Tuesday,
we installed a next-generation digi on top of Sawnee mountain, which should
markedly increase coverage into the North Georgia mountains. Best of all,
this is a tx/rx Igate, so large swaths of the Atlanta area are now under
twoway Igate coverage. My next step is to systematically step through the
digis in N. Georgia, get in contact with the operators, and begin getting
beacons updated with voice repeater objects.
I've still not been able to create a repeater object that works with the
Kenwood TUNE button. I'd love to see examples of strings that DO work.
We're also beginning to look at a digi in the Athens area, and trying to figure
out what happened to the digi that used to be on Stone mountain.
