[aprssig] Duplicates evident on aprs.fi

You've got a space at the end of your packet after the "C".  One of
the igates is incorrectly removing the trailing space.  Removing the
space changes the packet, therefore it is not a duplicate of the
original version.

igate VK6EX-1 is broken.
