[aprssig] APRSSIG delivery problems

Earl,

I wrestled with this yesterday. First, an apology to the group if some
of my message appear twice. It is due to this issue. I resent some a
couple times using different delivery mechanisms.

Second, Google changed the way they handle an error when sending an
email to mail servers. Some recipient servers were not responding
exactly as the 'rules' specify and Google decided it was time to enforce
the rules by (1) introducing the long delays and (2) letting the senders
know. Search for the error in the message below and you'll find a long
thread about this.

The tapr.rg servers fell into this group. I received an email from TAPR
yesterday that they are looking into making the adjustments to their
servers.

I changed my account settings so I am not using Google for sending mail
so my messages now get handled quickly (albeit, perhaps, errorneously).

The emails do get delivered eventually which is why you may see some of
mine pop-up apparently from nowhere.
