DUH!  (with the usual inflection indicating  "well,  of course!" )
Get that "suggest"
 
" LightSquared's interference problems could ...create problems for ... its primary financial backer, Harbinger Capital Partners... [who] put $2.9 billion of assets into LightSquared... 
Harbinger ...investors have withdrawn money and regulators have probed certain of the firm's ..."
