[aprssig] WXSVR-AU Question

I'm not sure who to actually contact with this one, but here goes...

I'm working on interpreting and displaying the various "NWS" data and
had a really strange thing happen to one of my objects. I was blaming
my own code until I looked at the raw packets from CTLBFU at
http://aprs.fi/?c=raw&call=CTLBFU&limit=50&view=normal

It seems that the CTL0135zA object kill (02:45:04) got corrupted
somewhere along the way. The {12jA certainly doesn't label it as an
"NWS" packet based on what I've learned about that definition (6 alpha
characters in the source call and exactly 5 alpha-numeric "sequence"
characters after the {.

Anyone have any ida where this one might have come from? Especially if
the WXSVR-AU maintainer happens to have log files?
