[aprssig] -IS to RF Igating reloaded (Was: APRS on Android)

That's one of the main reasons I try now to post on the APRSSIG -- people want to see roadblocks and not solutions.

We have fairly standardized digi setups, why not a standardized .ini file? It requires NO new programs and solves the whole issue.

Except that:

1) The filter will put stuff on the local map. It won't, by default,
transmit this stuff on RF though you could tweak igate.ini . Further, you
would have to filter out position-less stuff like NWS warnings, bulletins, etc.

2) Dozens of igate stations along the itinerant mobile's route would have
to do this to achieve what the original poster wanted -- to make his
Internet-based mobile appear on local RF in one town after another as he
travels through different areas.
