[aprssig] APRS ISS

[Mark Earle]

At 3:56pC / 21:56Z  heard a packet on 145.825 as the ISS makes an almost 
overhead pass at EL17HQ  (Texas). I was not set up to decode it, only 
heard it on the speaker, HT/ rubber duck.

Somewhat surprised it's "on" with all the docking activities.
