[aprssig] mic-e on d710?

I just setup my d710 for mic-e (PTT tx mode), and noticed that the timer
seems to have no effect.  I set it for 0.2 minutes for testing and it only
queues up a TX after 60 seconds.  I stored it this mode of operation as a PM
and switched to it, still 60 seconds.  I rebooted the radio, same result.
Even with the timer set for 30 seconds, it still waits a ful minute to queue
up another packet.

Anyone else notice this?

Anyone played with Mic-e on the 710 who can say if it has the same delayed
TX problems that the d700 did?  We're going to try using my d700 at home as
a cross port digipeater listening to the output of the local repeater
tomorrow morning.  I'll be using the 710 mobile to TX in mic-e mode.
