Firmware version 1.4 is shipping now, and includes support for the
FTM-350's packet mode and FMI 2.5 and above.
An undocumented feature of the GTRANS is that it can parse KPC-3 style
'monitor' output and not just waypoint strings. It took a minor change
to get it to handle the header format of the FTM-350 as well.
There's still no way to do messaging through the GTRANS, though. For
that you'll need a Tracker2.
