You can just "delete all" if you aren't worried about keeping any of the
waypoints. There is also a way of storing your "permanent" waypoints on
a memory card and deleting just the ones in the Nuvi. You can also limit
the waypoints sent to the Nuvi with the Tracker 2s "maxrange" command.
