As received here, the link was broken. One way of getting around it
is to copy and paste broken links into a text editor and re-join the lines.

I know one APRS user sees inaccurate positions on Georgia St. in
downtown Vancouver BC. It could be the "concrete jungle" and
multi-path, but some kind of interference is suspected.
