This looks like 6 degrees of longitude.  So... it's now at about 3 west ... moving the cursor on APRS.fi to about 3 east... When it's sunrise at the east edge of Spain, the Balloon will enter the sun.

 @ 110,000 the radio horizon is abt 400 miles away (perfect earth).  Since ground speed of sun is 1000 MPH ... when the sun hits the radio horizon, it also hits the radio...
 
Therefore:  400 / 1000 is .4 hours or 24 minutes earlier.
 
I think I did that correctly...?
