[aprssig] K6RPT-11 APRS Balloon Has Reached Europe !!!

It's showing V1A1, which is pretty low (according to a  yesterday post), but it was that low last night, about an hour earlier.  It was then quite a bit higher in the morning (US times),
 
Is there an official reading here?  Twitter and the Web site are rather quiet
