[aprssig] Possible Medeira to Azores digi for K6RPT-11

Ok, now I know where Madeira is and just had an APRS QSO with CU2IE who
has been gating K6RPT-11 in the Azores. He is attempting to get a
Digipeater set up in Madeira which he believes he can receive (if I
understood the intent correctly).
